Here's the condition to get Unifi cable connection from TM:
1. Wait until 60% occupancy rate in your area 2. Or, TTDI developer has to write a letter to TM to install the cable For Aquina phase, option 1 is not possible this year, so Aquina owners need to request (give pressure) to TTDI to contact TM to install the Unifi cable. Otherwise, what's the point of "free 2 years" when it's not possible to install in first place? |

Received letter from lawyer (Hafizah Nik Nazifah) for MOT (Sephira).
Part 1 Professional charges - 1,213.25 6% service tax - 72.80 Part 2 Stamp duty on MOT - 12,870.00 Registration of Transfer and Noting PA - 600.00 Title search - 90.00 Printing charges - 120.00 Transport charges - 200.00 Miscellaneous (postage, stationery, etc) - 50.00 TOTAL 15,216.05 Is the charges reasonable?
