I saw iProperty 22x80 asking price for Viola, Sephira and Aquina is within 780k to 830k... 24x80 asking price 850k to 880k
possible to get this value from valuer? |

Among Naza TTDI’s developments which have been assessed using QLASSIC are TTDI Grove in Kajang, Menara Felda and Tabung Haji Tower of Platinum Park KL as well as TTDI Adina in Seksyen 13 and TTDI Alam Impian in Seksyen 35, Shah Alam.

When is TTDI AI next launch? How is occupancy rate of Spira, Viola and Aquina?
I went Sephira last few weeks and notice occupancy rate >60% |
