I saw iProperty 22x80 asking price for Viola, Sephira and Aquina is within 780k to 830k... 24x80 asking price 850k to 880k

possible to get this value from valuer?

When is TTDI AI next launch? How is occupancy rate of Spira, Viola and Aquina?

I went Sephira last few weeks and notice occupancy rate >60%

All Zircoca intermediate house are 2.5 storey?
I go TTDI official website, the floor plan only can see ground floor and first floor.
