same to me, always unlock accidentally. But after a few tweak, problem solved. Only enable s2wake and s2lock. For s2w, just change the start and stop point for Y (px) from -1 to 2500. It also mean u can only unlock by swiping the most botton part of the screen.

Im running HellsCore too. But using touch control app for s2w feature. Battery drain is about same with yours but it seems pretty fine for me liao.
Normally I just turn off the feature during bedtime
