hehe..u need to use the dragon stream..the green portal warp something like that that u will jump when u use it..the npc is on top of the floating stones...take a good view when u on the floating stones..from the where u are, i think the dragon stream just at 6oclock there

u just need to evolve the weapon to max and evolve it..when it reach lv5, breakthrough it using the needed weapon that u can buy in AH and when lv10 evolve with another purple that u get from lv20 dungeon
