most LYN or their alternate characters now reside in 电信九区。 Others are kinda lone rangers. Myself included.

from the img that you post i assume that you still at the step of choosing server.
that char pics (lyn/guy/girl) are only so that you can easily recognize your server later.
you can click the big red triangle that the creature hold on the right side to reveal all servers selection.

after you choose the server (电信九区 if you want to play with most of us) then you need to choose sub-server (治金桩, at the end of char creation)
just play the game and leveling up til your story quest get to chapter16 or something that will give you choice which faction you want to join.
join blue/white/wulin faction to join the guild.
