When ever i open a folder contain MP4 files in my PC, the Window Explorer pop up and said " window Explorer encounter problem "; then desktop icon disappear and reappear again . Only MP4 files have this problem, MKV or AVI is ok.
Anyone knows why ???? thanks |

Your OS? For temporary solution, go to Control Panel > Folder Option > disable thumbnail.
Update your video codec may help, though. |

try move it to other location, different drive
