Yeah bro, thats why I said it's a huge deal breaker. You get to replace the caps easily and maintain a perfectly new looking keyboard. And thanks for the extra info regarding materials used. Very interesting. Amd I finally get why they named it "shine" too hahahaha.
And nooooooooo, don't scare me please. I know it'll be next to.impossible to find replacement keys to fully refurbish my K95, and I really hope it doesn't end up looking like that in the picture. But I have a feeling my WASD, E keys and spacebar will be looking like that judging by my preference for FPS games. T.T
And yeah, all the old pros here would've already figured out which board has the best aftermarket lifespan so if you feel like it, you could sell it looking new. =p
And no, I don't think it's a good idea, for me at least. I'm going to build my very first rig soon, and I'm already threading with fear.
Trying to fix my own keyboard while voiding warranty is new territory which I dare not cross yet. Hahahaha.
Sending keyboard for 1 led faulty and wait for weeks.
I rather learn myself to fix it.
Soldering is not that hard.
