Just keep it, F104 is come from the same factory as your Shine Zero does. Their internal should not differ by much.
*
Zero shine spacebar has 3 leds.
F104 also can do.

i was trying to ask if the various switches have difference in terms of durability.
true but i like the loud sound so maybe blue or green, and black is like a pure gamer kind of switch from what i managed to understand at first page. i am not much of a gamer, but i do type a lot.
*
I use modded mx black for pure typing.
they feel great.
makes me think again whether to put all my 100 mx grey on custom or not doh.gif

Great info. What you said is probably true.
Tactile is sure lower in the life cycle 20m whereas non-tactile is 50m.
From what I know, the switches will finally fail due to fatigue failure.
Few methods can fasten the process, that is, you always type (stress on it), seldom let the switches rest. So, it will failed prematurely.
If seldom type, will able to reach life cycle of 20m and above.

p/s: experience from my own fyp, "Finite Element Analysis and Fatigue Failure of steel"

edit: the beauty of mechanical keyboard is, we're able to change the switches individually if broken  rclxms.gif

the beauty of mechanical keyboard is, we're able to lube the switches individually if you find the scratches and sound annoying rclxms.gif

I think because gaming keyboard (NKRO, etc) limiting the choices.
So, non-gamers more choices, sure choose higher end mkb.
I see no reason not to choose expensive like custom, topre etc for keyboard.
*
but what game requires nkro ?
o2jam most likely need.
other than that ?

I don't know. But from gamer perspective, you need that NKRO for standby.
Although, you really don't know why you need that.  biggrin.gif
Got NKRO, will suang a bit. Psychology issue.
It's a feature for them.
When you stand at their point and see, it's quite make sense.
NKRO must have! although no use yet, but standby 1st flex.gif

i guess 5 fingers pressing 7 keys is plausible by that mean..

Quality is top notch. flex.gif notworthy.gif
