Date of transaction: 28th September 2013
Details of the complaint :
1) Purchased a Powerbank YB-651 from seller on 27th September 2013 and received on 28th September 2013. Oh yes, very efficient transaction.
2) Noticed one of the port on the powerbank is faulty and immediately ask the seller how to get replacement.
3) He mentioned to me to send back to his shop for warranty claim. Yes, he stated in his thread that it is 1 TO 1 EXCHANGE with T&C applied but he did not further explain on the T&C.
4) Decided to post it back to him on 7th October and even told him to inform me if the faulty unit arrive safely.
5) From 9th October until 21st October, I did not receive any single update from him on my warranty claim status.
6) On 23rd October, he told me that the replacement unit will be done by the China side instead of from the him directly.
7) So I gave him more time to work on my case but till date all I get for answer is the China side haven't send the replacement unit thus could not give me a new unit. I did offer if he could provide me a new unit directly or just refund the amount to me.
8) It's been 2 months dragging and till date I don't have a date on when I can get my replacement unit from him.
9) And yes, I did called to the shop and made a fuss because I could not get a proper explanation on my case dragging so long. And I bought from him based on the positive review from other forumers but little do I know is the warranty part is such a let down.
So clearly he stated that 1 to 1 exchange in his thread but what I got from him is more like RMA process.

Send back the faulty powerbank on Oct 1. Until now, still dont get the replacement set.

Yes it's one to one exchange bit the replacement from China is without box. So if I give you my unit then who will buy the one without box from me. How you can understand both of us is in the American position waiting for China side to send the replacement unit.
