Rma is rma . What is rma has to do with this.

Most electronic device warranty is bring to repair and return which is consider as you will need rma . But yoobao will not repair your goods it will exchange a new one for you which is also require the procedure but no rma is involved in the process.

If your drink is not good we will exchange a new one for you.
Still have to go to kitchen and do your drink right ? The process is still there you see ?

If you really don't understand I also won't explain further as this is the best I could do. If you think 1 to 1 exchange means change a brand new on the spot then you definitely have no business experience as you do not know there are many risk of lose which could occur.

?????

I had experiences with two companies recently which mentioned "1 to 1 exchange" to me, the exact same words "1 to 1 exchange" listed in your thread:
Bought RAM with the warranty provided of a week's one to one exchange. Turns out my RAM was indeed faulty, went back, gotten direct replacement of my defective unit from reseller with a working one. No need to send my RAM back to Kingston distro for one to one exchange.
5 years warranty with 5 years one to one exchange for my Dell monitor. Panel found faulty. Dell sent a courier down for direct replacement of my defective unit with a working one. No need to send my monitor back to HQ in Penang before a new replacement is dispatched to me.

I have, in my 10+ years life of trading, never once encountered ridiculous "one to one exchange" which involves me sending the product back to the main factory, when it is being represented by a local reseller.
If it is stated "one to one exchange from Yoobao with lead time of etc etc days" then the purchaser would need to expect a waiting period. Otherwise what you are doing now is plain weasel, word twisting trading.

"Many risk of lose which could occur" - That's business life for you. It's all about managing risks without evading responsibility towards your customers. Not just taking profit, then passing the responsibility to the manufacturer.

the most annoying thing was the seller keep pushing the responsibility back to his supplier...as if he was zero responsibility and can't do anything at all  sweat.gif

Who are you btw ?

Sorry but I don't get it that why must I reply to you ?

Why must I reply to a too free nothing to do lyn user ? And what makes you think im free enough to reply to you .

And who cares about if a stupid person is stupid or not.

My advice to you.  Myob and get a life. Your opinion.  Errmmm not very intelligent I must say.
He's a consumer who is standing up for his rights and the rights of others. I applaud him for being able to intelligently debate, argue, and deliver his point across, instead of resorting to "mind your own business" escapes.

The questions is, who ARE you? I'll answer that for you: Nothing but an unscrupulous seller. Only threats and fear of action from higher ups will lead you to act.

It's people like -kytz- you fear the most.

Buyers are but stupid true.... But are you my buyer ? Just don't get it why don't take your free time and do something meaningful instead of showing the world that you are stupid , sorry you are a buyer and you are not stupid I take back my words.
He is not your "buyer", and he will never be. And I promise you I will never be your "buyer" as well.
