Smelling case..

Past few days Im smelling like petrol/leather/(not sure) but a strong odor every time enter the car after parked for few hours and worst in the morning. It's becoming lesser after start the car and while driving. I suspect it is coming from the small drawer below the rear aircont panel and assuming it could be the grease burn smell from that compartment, but again not sure. Please share any info if encounter the same. Mileage 40K.
*
It seems like your air-cond ventilation. Because there is the place where all the weird smell sneak into our lion tongue.gif
Just let the SC to check and settle for you la.

For engine part believe that those piston rings need to change to accommodate the high torque n a totally different turbo mill which gives higher output..
GB not too sure is it the same unit...

Btw, guys who using the car Bluetooth for voice conversation, when on conversation, ppl outside can actually hear the other party voice n what he/she said clearly, you guys aware?
*
Is it? Outside people can listen to the conversation from my caller? Oh man...
Next time when I drive by a 408, I will wind down my window and try to eavesdrop. LOL brows.gif

Why so stingy? Only 7hp?

I used to stick stickynote onto my friend's Hilux and wrote "This sticker adds 100hp".

Bro jfcheong, please accept my apologize. Another Toyota example.

Hi friend,
You does not concentrate on your driving, your brain react faster then your leg, brake assist depend on the force you applied to the brake also, if the pressure is too light, it will not function.
*
I agree with you. There are times that I slammed my brake pedal and it will stop rapidly and hazard light on.

You locked both front door with you key...

Then you try to open your rear doors and see what happen.
