Offered a 6 month Contract Job 2.5k, Dilemma

Hi guys,
I am fresh grad with Masters degree just started working in a MNC (3months) earning 1.9k. 1.9k is definately low pay there is a lot of potential in this job and I am expected to be promoted to a manager in 3-4 years. However I have just been offered a job by a another MNC worth 2.5k but 6 months contract - if you performed well they are going to convert you to full time basis. What do you guys think should I take it???? In a dilemma right now cause my boss and colleague treat me really well. Btw am I underpaid for a fresh grad with MAsters degreE?

To be honest I have checked the market rate and I have to say that the starting pay for freshie with Master's degree is around 2.5k+. Correct me if I am wrong?? |

Thank you Sinoffire for your advise. I have made my decision already - I submitted my letter last week and will be moving to the new organization next month. The reason was rather simple I went to my prospective employer and told him that I am in a very comfortable position at the moment and money is not a big issue to me so I told him that I need to be convinced that this is the right job for me. I was convinced because this job offers me the opportunity to travel - in fact most of the time I will be overseas. The opportunity to travel convinced me to change. Furthermore my current company in trouble because of the challenging times in the industry as a result I don't think I will even get bonuses this year. The good news is that the new company guarantees 2 month bonus. If I perform well my bonues could increase to 4 months. I hope that I made the right move.
