sorry but you are wrong. it all depends on the complexity of the job. say for example if the job only requires a bachelor's of worse diploma, of course your masters is going to have no value to them as thus they will not pay in recognition of it. but in jobs like R&D, it most often requires a master's degree.The true value of a Masters Degree comes when someone has enough working experience. your second statement also very much depends on what kind of master's degree your're doing. MBA for example, where sometimes you would even need work experience to gain entry to the course.
