Yeah, after reading so many lengthy explanations, i think i will settle just for quick detailing wax. i have always feared the hazing of cloudy patches on my car.

there shouldn't be any problems with those quick detailing waxes like "Meguiar's Quik Wax" for instance right?

I wonder if i apply the quik wax, can i still apply a spray topper on it or would it be completely rendered useless  unsure.gif
*
No point if u had apply Quik Wax and add on another topper...just 1 will do...

Thanks for the info bro.. thumbup.gif

coz im reading the thread Car Care & Detailing V1.. they mention hafta use Sealant (M21) and then top up with Wax (GC).. thats y it confuse me awhile on my detailing toys..

but do we need to do that? i was thinking use either 1 (M21/GC) will do then just top up with Quik Wax when is possible.. hmm.gif

correct me if im wrong.. newbie learning.. notworthy.gif

The ultimate use article on topping:

http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/how-ar...ed-topping.html

As for need or not. That is subjective.
Like what the article says, unless you do a test session and then compare the result, otherwise there is no way to tell with concrete evidence that your eyes sense a difference.
But as long as you feel good then go ahead and do it, no harm, other than spending some extra money. I always say overkill is completely fine LOL.

Your choice of using M21 first then top with spray wax is a method too.

This weekend see got time or nt.. gonna shop for Sealant wax to keep stock. my small bottle Ultimate Liquid Wax from New Car Kit guess gonna finish soon. temp only have Mags M16 as for my 2nd wax only..

Just wanted to ask the same question regarding the water rationing crisis.
On one side, to be a citizen, we should share the responsibility with the rest of the people in this indecent time.
On another side, hell no I feel so guilty to myself to put less care on my ride.

Some radio DJ comments use washing machine left over water to wash car. I was like "great, and strip all the essential oily substance from your clear coat and dull your paint".

I have a bottle of Optimum No Rinse Wash (ONR), bought from Detailien last time, haven have chance to use it myself as washing medium but just as claying lubricant.

I think is time I put it to test. I have used Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax (UWW) before but not as washing entire car, just to wipe on localized panel area when I spot some dirt after I parked my car. I think is a good chance to try this waterless wash method also.

Right now Aeon having member card sale till 3rd of March, nationwide, all Meguiar's product 10% discount, one UWW cost about RM70+ original price, can consider get one for those who are interested.
TurtleWax rinseless wash should be on sale in Aeon too. Those who cant get ONR can try TurtleWax.

Last but not least, KrisMas got any rinseless or waterless wash in your product list?

In summary, I think we need to share the responsibility of using less water. But have to be creative and dare to try new, more water efficient washing method this time. I believe detailer/car enthusiast  does not necessary equals large water waster.
*
Im using the Turtle Wax rinseless wash n wax also... 1L spray bottle + 3 MF, can finish clean up my car dy.. Result still nt bad le..cant compare with Mag UWW.. U can try that. smile.gif
