Yeah I have a standing floor fan, but can't reverse airflow and the motor is at the back

Those box fans would be good, can place on top and get rid of all the hot air

Yeah, they look the same as my 280X Toxic other than they don't light up (the Sapphire logo)

I have one here but it won't booth if I mix it with the 280X at all so will try in another machine tomorrow

I'm going to move my PSUs from the front to the sides , as I think they block the airflow from the fan.

Also one annoying thing - I can't seem to get the monitor to power on prior to getting to Windows at all , I need to booth from Flash drive to reduce voltage on the last 2 cards I added

Modified my miner slightly, zip tied the fan to it and removed the stand so it doesn't need to sit on a cardboard box next to it



But I think for some reason this decreases PSUs efficiency as it's getting hotter (no more direct airflow onto the PSU) rather than PSUs being mounted in front.

As both identical setups, this one is drawing 1K Watt, the other 900W 

Also ... got my 290 running but for whatever reason Cgminer keeps throwing errors about hardware control / fan speeds

Tried MSI Afterburner, Sapphire Trixx, open hardware monitor, GPU-Z

NONE of them can read the GPU temps, fan speed or anything ... 

All drivers up to date, so I'm a bit
