How do i change the background color of my pic without screwing up the pic?
I need to change the background to white, to make VISA. I need help ASAP(by Sunday), thanks. sad.gif

Use Pen Tool, draw around yourself and right click, make selection, ctrl+shift+i, ctrl+u, tick colourize and drag the hue around smile.gif

select the background...using lasso tool... then just delete it

I tried using Color Range (Photoshop CS) but damn difficult to get the settings right.

Mind sharing the one you used Nitro? smile.gif

in the "select" menu theres Colour Range.. it select range of colours that you choose.. eg: light blue to dark blue.. rclxub.gif i also dunno how to explain

err colour range got setting? just move the fuzzyness slider can oredi... dun forget to select the colour you want using the eyedropper tool...

hmm, im using the extract tool, i think is oso be one of the solution, just still a bit blue-ish st some part of the hair

starts version 7, i think CS and CS2 oso hv the option

filter --> extract..

 

Change to:
