Ya....The bad thing is I'm using Asrock Z77 Extreme 6.... Last month plan to change it to Z77 Extreme 11,
but feel no point if change to same socket motherboard cox of watercooling....So waiting the best period to change it all.

If your case won't have any airflow, get the ramplex. Any particular reason for the ramplex? bitspowers or eks look better imho. haha.

Can't fit into my compression fitting. Possible if I put my tube into hot water then force push into fitting?

You can force it into the barb end, but the compression end will not go back in.
