Problem with redeem codes are that it doesn't really auto download. So what you might try is go to the store and search for the game. The buy button should now says install.

You bought a SG Set? which region is your Gamertag? I have a US Set, I bought UK Fifa14 code from one of the forumers here and it work. (SG Gamertag)

Can you take a pic of the redeem card? (Black out the code)

Have you tried redeeming both codes?

In my case the buy button still says buy

I bought sg set & during registration i register with sg as the region.
Anyway how to check my gamer tag region?

Tried to redeem the other code. It was for add on so it is error because no fifa15 present.

I'm getting frustrated already

You do not need to own a game first before purchasing any add-ons. To me it's likely some kind of purchase issue. I'd suggest you go and contact support and ask them about this problem.

Just out of curiousity, is anyone interested in Halo: the Master Chief Collection ?

Problem solved when redeem the code using kinect. Lucky i bought the kinect bundle set.

How many GB total ? 40-50gb? afaik day 1 patch is 20gb?

I bought the digital version. I don't think there's any thread about it. I'm mostly active in the facebook group.

45.6GB and yeah, it's 20gb but not really a patch, more like MP contents. They should've made the MP content a separate DLC so that those preordered the physical version can get it ready before their copy of the game arrive.

My thoughts exactly. I'm thinking of purchasing the digital version since there'll be no need to download the additional 20gb of multiplayer content. Though i've always preferred having a physical copy

Oops, I think i need to rephrase my question. What i meant to ask was, are you able to purchase content from the US store through a Malaysian Debit/Credit card?

Actually, the 20gb content will be made available at a later date, but before the game launch. So you'll end up with 45.6gb + 20gb. From their reply on Twitter, you will need to have Instant On mode + auto download/update purchases enabled. It's just I'm not sure how to initiate the download. Do I need to leave the console on, or turn it off?

Last time I can use my Maybank debit card but that's in March. Not sure about now. The easiest way (without try and error) is to buy the Xbox credits from Amazon and redeem the code to purchase the game. I did my Halo MCC preorder like that.

They did. I bought my Halo MCC using the $60 credit bought from Amazon! Just make sure you pick online game code or something and not the physical card and you should be good to go.
