what cause you been reject from a job application?

do they ever tell you why they reject you?
most of the time the excuse i get from online application is my strenght is not suitable for the post, im over qualified and finally, my asking price is not within thier budget

Well sometimes when you go for the interview and failed they will tell you what is your weakmess and then ask you to improve and apply again but most of the time when you don't hear back from them means that you got rejected.

most case the funny part is, always is please way for the call from HR.

Either one of these;
1) Not suitable for the job
2) Over qualified

or, they just M.I.A.

probably they have a low budget...i guess

missing in action, or M.I.A

I would say for my case,

- Not suitable
- Not technically sound enough
- Over qualified
- Lack of budget
