They have a very nice and fast replies and services.
Even I emailed their support on Saturday and Sunday, while the support only on weekdays, but they still reply my request and provide all instructions I need to do.
I received the RMA from from them, after filling up, email back to them. I get the approved RMA form on Monday.
So I shipped my machine to them on Monday.
I have requested whether can repair my machine within one week, because I'm currently studying in University, and it is at the ending of the semester, a lot of projects and presentations to do.
They really make it, repaired my laptop within one week.
I'm really appreciate the services and responses from Illegear.

That's a good thing to know as a fellow owner of RS-15. But do you mind sharing what's the trouble of your RS-15? So that I might do precautions. They have a very nice and fast replies and services.
