hi, recently got a call from this company asking me interested to join their company or not (small company I guess as they claimed that they got 200 employees)

Is there anyone from this company? just wanna know how was the culture in office, boss ok or not, friendly or not etc...... ..

Well bro this comp is a software company that is doing software similar to MYOB and the comp ppl is so so but there's one thing you need to know. You need to sign 2 years contract yes without even confirm on your position yet and anytime during this period if you resign you need to compensate them. Not only that if they find you unsuitable after confirmation they can fired you but still you need to compensate them. Great right, you should be able to browse for info in this forum. Best of luck.
