Hi guys I know the 3DS system is region locked, however I want to know if the Streetpass feature is ? I'm just bought my 2DS Europe and was wondering when I come back to Malaysia would I be able to Streetpass with you all Nintendo buddies ?

Streetpass is not region lock. In fact there is an achievement streetpassing people from other region.
Download play games is region lock.
Local Play games probably not region lock so far only tried kid icarus, luigi mansion and anime crossing from different region..
Online Play is/isn't region lock depend on game some game you can only found player of your region.
