Old story already la, you can read about it here

Of course, considering it's age, the seller might have changed for the better, or maybe not.

I can only say good luck lah to those who wanna deal with him.  laugh.gif

just read finish ur story.
sorry about that. but what happen to ur tammy after that?

in the past my tammy 70-300 also has this same issue. photo taken in some condition it will become under exposure. In same setting in camera, taken few shot at same location, same position and just different click. A different exposure image will appear. it happen most in the matrix mode n less in spot mode. At the end, i send it back to for warranty and it come back without issue anymore.

moral of story is for tammy, it is better to stick to local set although it slightly expensive...

Nice shot!  rclxms.gif  Mind share your camera functions?
*
both slightly diff but i was copy the the basic idea from [PF] T.J. detail u can see from the flickr

Lens - tamron sp90
Aperture - f/16
Shutter Speed - 1/200 secs
ISO - depend to the place

Flash fired at 1/32

this time not really go for magnification liao, just crop the photo if want higher magnification.

Yeap, the dust you can see with your eyes no problem. Issue is with those you can't see, but only appears when you shine light to the glass =/
Hehe, thanks! Took me years to get those...

Maybe you can try and let me know? Shine with torch or LED. Oh yes, my lenspen does leave micro dust, black ones! Maybe I need to buy new lenspen... might be contaminated, or too old since I rarely use it. And yes my microfiber also quite old d, but rarely used. But then again, i could clean the surface, looks clean to my eyes and the dust can be blown off are the bigger white ones. But those not visible to me can't =/.

I tried to use tape to remove the dust, but then ended up with the tape's residual even worse  sweat.gif

Went online shopping, saw this 2..

Zeiss,
http://shashinki.com/shop/zeiss-microfiber...hs-p-13865.html so expensive!

Matin,
http://shashinki.com/shop/matin-micro-fibe...50mm-p-189.html
and
http://shashinki.com/shop/matin-micro-pock...lue-p-6430.html

Anyone used one of these before?
*
i bought the matin one before...so far i only use to wipe my camera body, lens body n etc...never dare to use it to touch the lens glass...only use lenspen to clean the glass n blower to blow those black color thing left over from the lenspen

Wah nice shot bro, focus stacked? DOF is pretty big
*
nope focus stacked...i dont have that skill to do that yet.
learn from [PF] T.J., focus far abit n dont care so much on magnification. Later use lightroom to crop the image smile.gif

i found this method is a lot more easy compare to use small aperture like F32 or higher to get big DOF.

personal experience, bought m43 (Lumix GX1 with kit lens, first pro camera) and after a while realized the kit lens were not enough then bought a zoom lens. End up sold the whole set because it no longer satisfy my need. Then bought D5100 with 17-50 Tamron, follow by 85mm 1.8 and 50mm 1.8. Guess what, i eventually bought D600 with a 24-70 after few months. Lesson learnt, if you are really into photography, dont waste money on crop sensor lens/body since FF body is now quite affordable. it really makes a lot of difference when comes to low light photography.
*
totally agreed on this with hands n legs up tongue.gif

i start with LX5 -> D5100 -> D7000 and now end up with D600

Lens that in my dry box before: nikon 18-55mm, nikon 35mm f1.8g, tamron 70-300mm VC, nikon 50mm f1.4d, nikon 35mm f2d, nikon 24-85mm

what left now: nikon 18-35mm, nikon 35-70mm f2.8, nikon 50mm f1.8g, nikon 85mm f1.8g, tamron sp90 f2.8

i oso got LX5 and D5100~ haha. dun have d7000 la..

btw what happen to ur 35mm? why sold them away? i find 35mm vy nice to use.. wait, u've 2 35mm? n now none? using 50 or 85mm more ?
*
the first 35mm was the 1.8g for my d7000. yes i sold it after i get my D600 because the vignetting is really unpredictable and sometime it very obvious at certain focus distance to the object.

then i get another 35mm F2D from ebay together with the 50mm F1.4D. But also sold off later to fund for the wide angle lens (18-35mm).

Ya, now no more already. Most of the time using 50mm and 85mm but i definitely will get back the 35mm back tongue.gif i like the wide of 35mm can offer in FF.
