what broadband are you using? BT?
that is why it is quite advantageous to use virgin media
- cable broadband = more stable connection, easy setup, cheaper router, is not affected by how far is your house to the exchange station
- no limit at the moment
- no need for a phone line
disadvantage
- customer service and management has became worst since virgin took over.

hey i apply for 20mbs and pay 30pound per month.. So what i get is 20kb per second. So from7pm-11pm, all ppl who sharing connection need to turn off the download, or else, internet browsing will become a problem too...
and i try called them, but 70% of my time is waiting, 25% is pass here link there, than the end the problem unsolved and i have to pay few pound for the called...
i am thinking don 1 to share the line with my neighbour for next year and downgrade to 4mbs....
