If you own a unit or few there, for certain is a nice place to stay. be realistic, tenants that could afford $1700-$2500, have many and better choices. otherwise, it would be fully tenanted.

Well, you need to take 2 lifts( plus stairs for some)from the carpark to get to your unit at Lakeville. Not sure bout Ecosky, but at least that's completed and ready to move in, and freehold for roughly the same price.

Not at all, sold from one subsidiary to another. Developer could booked sales and profits. "Buyer" subsidiary could later offload in subsale.
