Thought no loan, no spa signing?

Loan is not a prerequisite to sign SPA....but the risk is after having signing SPA, and then realize not qualify for loan. That will be disastrous.

The sampah smell I noticed it come from the river bank filling job of Mahsing Riverville project, I wonder why they use gabbage dump to fill the river bank?

There are three activities at the Lakeville pond and river....1) sand mining activities by other, 2) TMS clearing the pond and also the 5-storey (easily) high 'gold' and 3) fencing work by JPS.

I may think 1) and 2) contribute to the smell a bit.

BUT, I went to the transfer station several days ago. I realise those rubbishes are still partially left at the compound of the transfer station and also the drivethru beside the weighbridge. That contributes to the smell that mentioned by BigMan. This is pretty unusual. They should compact the wastes in the transfer station and then transport them to Bukit Tagar....pretty lazy job by crony company, I supposed.

I do not think sand mining near Lakeville (infact it should be Riverville Sungai Batu ma). If you view from Kepong road near TNB building, you will see the river bank filling earth is mixed of rubbish.

Anyone knows what is exactly behind ecosky plot of land, partial lake, partial land. They have erected a solid guardhouse and there is a path leading inside. I have seen lorries going in even late at night. Something brewing inside?

They so hardworking to clear the pond, when will Lakeville launch?

That area up to the pond in front of LV belonged to JPS. All the interconnected ponds are part of the failed KL flood Mitigation Project II.

At tesco selayang just besides eco sky this morning.... The atmosphere full with the damn strong rubbish smell, make me feel vomit, how to live in this kind of environment....

Do they sell extra carpark? Will ask about it tomorrow.

Park 3rd car at tesco or kipark shops...however take the risk that you may lose a wheel or.two the next day

Only small unit with 1 car park allowed to buy extra car park. 15k for extra park. I think is tandem only.
My understanding is the extra car park are fully "sold". Very limited car park only.
