Lasted for 10 mins...maybe its the direction of the wind. Depending on how they handle the sampah inside the transfer station.......may get worse

Hmm...with block a so called being fully taken up by their employees, whom I am sure they got even more than 2% additional plus this 2% for setia buyers, u r starting with a backfoot from day 1. I dont believe everyone of their employees will move in, thus be prepared for a massive sale once completed.

Once incinerator is confirmed, ppl will be more cautious of the area and move further.

I was debating some time back that incinerators are the way to go and japan for one has used it for many years, also located in cities. After reading this article, i now have doubts

Kiara East and lakeville will be further away compared to ecosky. Those facing west will get direct view of the infamous incinerator. Actually in japan, people and schools organize trips to the incinerators for educational and sight seeing. There is still a chance that it wont happen. So chill.......no need to panic.

Landscaping wise...think ecosky is top notch judging from their show house. Christmas tree plus the greens.....simply awesome.

On a separate note, if u look at star paper today..u can see all major developers advertising cmas messages on a full colored page, including ecoworld. Cant they just save that money and all those free lunches and give a better price to buyers instead? No need to advertise for property....ur quality and location are the determining factor. Try asking tropicana to build something in bukit beruntung and see if they can sell as well as damansara or not...
