You know like ecoworld show units in Tower C - L8. The ID is amazing ! What the agent said units like that can get 2.3K

But the real question is whether here able to attract those expat? If no, then it is just a waste to do ID. Will not bring added value as they will just press for cheaper rent like other normal furnish unit.

Overall i like ecosky.  The workmanship is good compare to others.  The drawback is high maintenance fees and Jln Kuching towards MRR2 Batu Caves is always jam jam jam regardless day or night

last time i remember got donut shop there , not sure if its still there    a good thing is TESCO is also just walking distance.

No more defect liability but developer will touch up everything and walk one round before handover. Only 1 chance to complain. On electrical appliances that they give, buyer has to liaise directly with brand owner for any warranty issues (eg Electrolux).

Im the one who also bought completed condo with 1.5 year left on DLP, make sure u hire defect inspection team to check on defect once key handover

but if nt mistaken this ecosky maintenance rate is quite high lol

quite hurt for big unit, but soon will be the standard rate for new condo in kl... those soon to be completed condo which advertised as 30 cents during launch period will reach this rate as well

RM 0.41/sqft to be exact. But not all facilities are free... eg Roof top Glasshouse is for rent... Business lounge with cubicles, function halls etc are for rent.

Facilities include 6 pools (include 1x 50m lap pool), aqua gym, tennis court, squash court, sauna, golf putting, 2 level of gyms, ping pong and pool table perhaps...
