Thanks for sharing the picture. Kitchen cabinet quality looks decent. I wonder why top shelves is provided instead of proper cabinet given that the kitchen is quite small.

Just VP-ed 2-3 months... need time for rental market to settle at general price.

my gut feeling.. RM1400-1700 for PF 2+1 and 3 bedrooms.

the obscene maintenance fee.... will be eating the gross yield... A lot....

For 900sqft if you are investor and plan to rent out for rm1,800, rm400 will go as maintenance fee...and exclude other expenses such as assessment, quit and fire insurance.

If you are own user and like the myriad facilities I guess that's is fine.

It is suppose to be upgraded version (hardware wise...I agree) but stiawalk located in Puchong golden miles where else ecosky ...not really located in commercial Wong area.

some are just bargain hunter. may not able to get deal from agents so try to approach owners in expense of agent fee.

I believe not many owners here willing to fully furnished the unit, given the demographic of tenant here and no premium rate for furnishing.

It depends on how fast the rental take up (liquidity) of partly furnished at rm1400-1500. If you put on market and within 2-3 weeks taken up, then obviously nobody will bite the offer.
