Can any one recommend any contractor to help install the lighting, fan and curtain rail? I am looking at basic installation to get it rent out ASAP.

Hi guys, i noticed that in order to use the Sky Lounge, the tenant has to RENT it. The rate is RM150 for the first hour, and RM100 for subsequent hour. I find this absurd as it shall be part of the facilities. They marketed it as a part of the facilities
