very hard to follow japan.
the rakyat must DIY segregate their rubbish first... recyclable, burnable, non burnable.
before rubbish collector come collect and take it to burn.
not all rubbish can burn, some may release toxic.

japanese rakyat mostly very discipline. which boleh pipu still got many years to reach their standard.

Myth no 2....everyone think Japan has very high dicispline and recycling rate. The 2013 research shown that their recycling rate is only 20.8% as compared to European countries of 60+%. Singapore has recycling rate of 60+% too while MY has only about 10+%...

Why Japan has low recycling rate? The answer is they dont have to. THey have the mindset of depending on the incinerator to do the magic.....since 2008, they even burnt plastic. They need rubbishes to feed the incinerators.

P/S: Please remember that today we have LYNAS in Gebeng is partly due to Japanese Government. THey want rare earth from MY so that they wont depend so much on CHina. Rare earth is an important commodity for electronic industry.....all these are related....

after some time, you would see patches to crack lines on top of the surface. 

best is always just locate the gym internally or face the pool as safest views.
unless you have grand outdoor views to lakes/golf course/skyscraper/etc.

yeah, agree. Seems like the shoplots on the other side of tesco are the only commercial area around. But of coz ecosky is higher class a bit. Setiawalk in puchong managed to get some good vendors such as starbucks, sushi tei, kenny roasters, wongkok, tappers, san nae dul, mr. dakgalbi etc. Hope we can get the same or better in ecosky

Hi everyone of here,can someone give me some opinion that loft unit for Ecosky here is it worth to buy?The total sqft for Loft unit is 1399sqft,which is 650sqft for lower floor and 750sqft for upper floor.Price is start frm 1.02mil.I am planning to buy this for own staying but dont know is it worth to buy or not in this price coz this size unit seems too small,but I do like this concept which comes with lower and upper floor.😌

With a million over, you may as well buy a bigger built up area with guarded n gated landed house in cyberjaya,  all the upscale malls ( 15 malls all together )  are coming up in cyberjaya and putrajaya now..nice and greenery environment with  hsr n mrt  train coming up soon. Where you get deal like that in klang valley?  I don't think u will get it. Just my two cents
