after a bit of thoughts, RM 1B is abit too much.

if solely apps only this is crazy amiount of money spent.
Implementation + Apps + sever hosting + Man power regulate the system etc etc... then also wont reach 1b qua

1000 juta, even nak set-up, maintain website pun kos juta-juta.
