Guys, Got a question.
When I am working, and got things to do..I wont feel sleepy..
BUT, when Im idle (say in a meeting) I will 80% of the time sleep off!
Some say its the lvl of Histamin in our body that affects this?
Or wat other vitamins can reduce such effect of sleepiness?
Vitamin E is helpful. It is one of those u are not advised to take at night as it will cause insomnia. HIgh levels of alertness after eating it.When I am working, and got things to do..I wont feel sleepy..

BTW are u overweight? It may be sleep apnea,which can cause heart problems later.
