Or you can make Dota in always run with high performance graphics processor by adding it in to Nvidia control panel

For best settings, turn on Vsync and disable Ambient Occlusion and AA in NVidia CP. In DOTA, enable mat_triplebuffered (Search how to do it by Google) and you can set your Render Quality between 85 to full 100 (This you have to test it yourself). Get yourself FRAPS for easier tuning or you can enable net_graph 1 in DOTA.

Not entirely true. GTX660M is not too friendly with 1080 resolution. For 720, I would say yes. In certain games, even DOTA with high settings, will lag when many heroes cast skills or ultis in one time even with AA disable. The FPS can drop down to 20 or even below.
