the simplest route: call dell to report the issues; go through the trouble shooting process with tech support via phone calls; if it's confirmed that it's hardware related, and parts are available, dell will send technical personnel to attend to your case.

of course you can try to solve it yourself with members' feedback here but at least give us more clues, such as what happened before your screen is flickering (e.g. driver updates? the laptop hit something?); how does it flicker? is gpu overheating, causing artifacts?
