Hello!
Has anyone updated to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 on an Alienware 14? Did you lose any files in the process? Did you create a factory backup on AlienRespawn before updating? Hello, is there any way to create a recovery partition in a fresh OS, as per the partition(s) in the hard disk that came with the laptop? I didn't create anything with AlienRespawn but the old (failing) hard disk is still with me.
