Using maxis pay to Topup #hotlink plan RM10 entitle to free internet or not?

I read some where certain type of Topup like share a Topup and maxis pay not entitle to free internet ? No ?

Maxis validity 365 only valid for old user ? i recently call the maxis center to ask for validity 365 on new number, they said its not avail for new hotlink free internet plan. Is there any way/trick to get a year validity with free internet ? probably buy the old number to get that validity period ? or any other telco that provide a year validity and free internet

currently searching for a year validity + free internet for my gps tracker .. i didn't want to top up every month for validity purpose because i didn't use much credit for gps tracker which already feeds its data trough out internet lines, any suggestion guys ?

my wife was using 365 plan last time, hand itchy changed to new free data one, now credit accumulating to hundreds of dollars
asked hotlink, can't revert back to 365
am thinking of switching to other telco but what can we do about the hotlink credit?

I just change plan to #hotlink last year around June and it was ok with the low speed internet since still able to receive whatsapp, wechat, messenger etc. But yesterday out of sudden, it send me a SMS stated I used up 100% of my free social chat quote. I was like WTF is this?!
*100*2*1# to check quota but no detail to see, just summary like "100% is used"
For conversion to #hotlink, will charge RM5, but will get back RM5 after download Hotlink Apps "RED", dunno if still valid nowadays

This is the 4th day im using #hotlink. It's fine to receive message like watsapp & wechat but the problem is when I launching game apps, it is not even loaded. So I wonder is the free basic internet only apply in social apps?

No more unlimited access to fb anymore start from 3 days ago for 30days @rm15. from unlimited drops to 1gb. lol
