[WTA]What is the latest bios for cfx 3200, do i really need to flash it?

halo guys...my mobo is lanparty cfx 3200...my question is Do I Need to flash its bios to the latest one?? and what bios is it???
iam having a problem in overclocking my opteron 144 to 3.0......i just wonder whether it's because of its bios or what?? assuming that If i changed the bios to the latest bios My opty could go further..heh2eh2e.. really appreciate ur helps guys...btw, if can.....can u guys help me out flashing the bios...since I have never tried this before...thanks a lot  |

well, u can always try the DFI website? the ori bios shud be there.
there are some people on DFIstreet.com that have those modded bois. u can try asking them too  |

Reffer to Dfi street,which works best for your mobo and cpu.Try one by one.
Go to DFI web,sellect your board,look for Bios update option.There is step by step guide to flash your bios safely. |

it's alwez nice to start w/ stock bios if it's not so flaky, after knowin d bios better then only start w/ modded bios. step by step followin d guide provided there mite help too...
