halo guys...my mobo is lanparty cfx 3200...my question is Do I Need to flash its bios to the latest one?? and what bios is it???

iam having a problem in overclocking my opteron 144 to 3.0......i just wonder whether it's because of its bios or what?? assuming that If i changed the bios to the latest bios My opty could go further..heh2eh2e..

really appreciate ur helps guys...btw, if can.....can u guys help me out flashing the bios...since I have never tried this before...thanks a lot
