I just saw this and no...we dont know that mierz guy. I can see that you are implying he is us...secondly, i'm not gonna waste my time arguing with people, especially on battlelog forums. I didn't post there in the first place because it clearly states no posting of such material and that wasn't the main intention. I'm surprised its not even deleted yet.

As you realize, the video in still in unlisted mode, it was passed around for admins to judge if they want to ban (hence posted for LYN, GOLD, and MBT). He will be continued to be banned in ours. I for one can get around the pistol where it might be plausible, but not the esp, aek, & ace23. Lastly, this will be my last post on this matter while I figure out how to upload 50gb uncompressed video.

EDIT: We never did bring in KD into the discussion. There are other players in your ranks (eg: Fyre) which had better K/D but looked absolutely fine as a player. Also, Fyre never did have an MAV up the entire time, so I'm not sure what he is talking about in the B-log forum.
