Where can I get a baseplate thats the biggest size? I cant find it in Toysrus. All Toysrus.

Baseplates and Road plates are pretty hard to come by in local stores, not that they are super rare but it is ALJ's doing again... Your best bet are local resellers, they will have it at a good price too. It only comes in one colour: Grey.
