hi all, I noticed that some of you have filed and win the tribunal case against ML (and I am one of them), do you know that ML is actually disregarding the tribunal file and would proceed to high court? In other words they want us to hire lawyer to fight them. Is anyone here planning on a class action or any group complaints to lodge against them?

gave them a call, asking them if they gonna pay up after losing the tribunal court case against me. But they refused and told me that they will take this to the high court (meaning he wants me to hire a lawyer against them)

obviously as individual, it's not worth it because the costs is going to be hefty, however if we start a class action, I believe it will be a different ball game.
