I can jog 30 minutes every day.
It's just the DIET.
Damn.
So hard to hold yourself when it comes to eating.
Some suggest went for operation.
Restriction operation for obesity..Stomach stapling.
For bodybuilders eating won't be a problem right?
More eat...even better...bigger muscle.
Anyone has a method to hold appetite...PLEASE SHARE
