I think the black pbt should more or less the same color like vortex one.
If my memory serve me right, the vortex dye sub black pbt is a bit less blacker.
Well, it is still black though

Haven't played with plastidip before. Used Krylon Fusion Metallic Shimmer for this. Only kind of paint I was sure wouldn't eat the plastic.

That's the cheapest. Some can go to RM70.
I'm not sure, but my friend recommend me that brand. He's a motorbike modder. And I'm not familiar with plastic dip.
BTW, during my teenage life I paint a lot of motorcycle cover, helmet and other things. My favorite paint is anchor brand. In my place, I can get metallic color, undercoat silver and crystal clear for RM 30.
I never have issue with this brand. Only at my place sell this for RM 10 metallic color and clear, while base color only RM8.

Yeah, I still join my friend and brother painting etc but only once a year. You know how extreme Kuching motorcycle modder last time. With all that flashy color. I miss my teenage life. Paint my motorbike at least 2 times a year. Sometime every 4 month, and others friend project. Reward will be kolo mee, nasi ayam and Seasons soy can.

But now, 3 can lying inside my room but so lazy to paint my keyboard and headphone. Maybe will bring back to Kuching for further mod, looking for painting mode. Somehow I want to try plastic dip, at least it's reversible. Thinking of getting pearl paint at 7th mile for sick color effect, but not sure the still sell or not.
