This makes Cyberjaya very unique, they have a website for 3 years now to continuously gather feedback from the public in improving the overall city itself, they mean business when comes to Cyberjaya. you don't see any other city putting efforts like this to gather feedback like Cyberjaya.

Cyberjaya truly a unique city to live in.

I think cyberjaya need to make something to change the people perspectives on cyberjaya. If you ask 10 people who never visit cyberjaya before. 9 out of 10 will tell you cyberjaya are very far, ghost town and no life. Nobody really know whats the progress and developments happen in Cyberjaya.
I have friends staying at Taman Meranti jaya, Taman puchong Utama, Taman putra prima, Bandar bukit puchong, they dont even know the existence of D'Pulze until I told them.
After I bring them to cyberjaya, they said, wow.. very nice place to stay huh.. and it had changed a lot.
From my point of view, first impression of Cyberjaya already very negative. So something need to be done ( leave it for expert to think what can be done) to attract people staying in cyberjaya. Maybe early in the morning still unable to find nasi lemak for breakfast. you can only get it from mamak stall.

Come on la... Rm 2.3mil in cyberjaya u can buy garden residences 60'x90' 3.5 storey bungalow with jacuzzi at roof top and 5mins drive to IOI resort city mall and 5 mins to ERL putrajaya sentral and F/h - is this considered over over price? Google it the same type housing / concept how much it cost?

Rm 2mil - u can also buy a resort style home 40x100 semi D in symphony Hill. 4500ft2... Good living environment and landscape... F/H Somemore - is it over price?

Rm 1.6/7 mil for setia Eco glades... Water theme resort lift style living... Connecting to MEX via newly built interchanges... Over price? I dun think so. Future price? For me I can accept it.

Then go to buy semenyih the nirvana land la...
Both townships are diff concept, diff location, diff target customer.... Just because someone can't afford then commenting cyberjaya as selling at future future price.

If u travel from D Pulze then you need to spend ard 10 mins to pass through all traffic lights and junctions prior to entering MEX. However, if you assumed going to KL via SEG newly built interchange to the MEX exit at Jln Tun Razak > 28.6Km @ 90km/hr = 19 mins. If you can do average 110km/hr its 15min without jam. For me I am quite constantly doing 150Km/hr from MEX toll at cyberjaya to Bkt Jalil then 110km/hr from Bkt jalil to Jln Tun razak MEX exit.

Check in google map la then u know whether I m bluffing you or not.

Actually there are 2 on top of Burger King. One is called Lok Yoon which sells variations of Wanton Mee, Curry Mee, Roasted Pork/Chicken/Char Siew, Fried Rice, Homestyle Chinese Dishes, etc. The other one is called Zhia Kitchen which has the widest selections of Chinese dishes in Cyberjaya (ie. Salted Fish Pork Belly, Cod Fish, Sambal Prawn, Butter Cream Chicken, etc). Can have nice family dinner there.

The one in Shaftsbury is called Kung Fu which is similar to Zhia Kitchen (albeit slightly lesser selections) and I think they sell Dim Sum too.

The one in D'Pulze is called Penang History which sells most of the Penang Chinese hawker food like Hokkien Mee, Char Kuey Teow, Roasted Pork/Chicken Rice, Poh Piah etc. A Pan Mee shop called Noodle Shack are few steps away.

Homestyle at Domain, Hinz Kitchen at Glomac also have a variety of Chinese food as well.

There are a few kopitiam style eateries at Glomac. One is called Da Kung Zai which sells economy rice and next to it is another shop selling something Goo Lou Yuk Rice or some sort.  Two other shops in the same row which sells roasted pork/chicken rice. There is also a Pan Mee shop called Mian Dui Mian (Face to Face) at the back row.

Houston Grill at Glomac which is a bar restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages and Chinese food. They have changed the boss now so the menu have changed. There is one Chinese Mee restaurant next to it which used to be the Good Taste Restaurant.

Those are just off the top of my head and the CBJ experts please let me know if I missed out any.

yup, once settle down my SH i will goes for others cheaper landed for investment purpose. third house will slash margin 70%    so second house buy expensive unit first 

Hahaha.. landed yeah.. For soho studio or condo i don't think so.. it seem like will oversupply in year 2017 onwards. My bf bought 2 units in cyber one is centrus soho another one is Pangaea with 2 room, now his existing unit also condo in cyber =.=' i still prefer landed thats why i will invest in landed, my first house also landed in subang, after bought SH i will stay over there and my subang house let my sister stay, third prop onward only focus for investment purpose, but i still will invest back in landed Outsider might feel that cyberjaya is far, but for me i like cyberjaya because no jam at this moment MEX very smooth i go prince court, i go KL, i go mid valley all seem nearby only compare with my subang house last time i'm staying there very short distance also jam like hell =.=" but in future i worry MEX will jam because of Equine exit
