Very well said bro...prop investment is unlike share. It's a long term investment that requires vision, patient and holding power to unleash the potential.
No right or wrong as long you like it Like it buy it, else leave it as it is lo. Not really a bid deal ma. QUOTE(spydermind @ Nov 4 2015, 09:03 AM) No one is denying that cyberjaya is not a place with high concentration of high pay job. But again, please tell me which city is fill up high pay job. KLCC ? Depend which aspect that you are referring and benchmarking too. IF you think property in cyberjaya is expensive , please look around and just do some googling , iproperty, talk to agents, you will realize the following: 1. Given a freehold status and a township with virtually no factory and with good size of MNC and major companies, Landed property in Cyberjaya is relatively cheaper by at least 10-15%. compare this to Puchong area, company this to Canal city property, etc. Even Setia alam house is on par or more expensive in certain category. 2. Condo is cyberjaya is relatively affordable. from what i know based on completed project the highest psf is Mirage by the lake and even that is commanding less than 700 psf. Take note, that is highest in cyberjaya. New service apart in puchong already selling at 600 psf. Enough said about the previous dissappointment of cyberjaya, it is not about marketing or promotion, it is about consistency in policy, execution effectiveness, infrastructure /connectivity. An example, when you start offering MSC in Shah Alam, Klang, Puchong,USJ, Kelana Jaya, Oasis, sunway, etc. How would that help to concentrate the key resources and build good eco system and supporting industries wihtin the same confine area . At the beginning, it was cyberjaya only, then technology park and KLCC, and nowevery class A office is virtually MSC. Stupid policy ...maybe i should say smart policy to earn some extra income for certain people. I am a fan of cyberjaya since day 1 , 15 years ago, today i am still a fan of cyberjaya, but too me it is the blend of nature, job opportunity and serenity that attract me . ....no factory, more organize, beautiful landscaping around. well, maybe i wouldnt say that in the next 5-10 years when it become congested, too crowded, dirty , etc. |

QUOTE(hasec @ Nov 5 2015, 11:28 AM) rest our case to convince the naysayers..if we tell them damansara height is a high end place to live, you will have people still out there who disagree with it. we don't need to continue to please and convince them...we have people who have very rigid mind who is not willing to open their mind..save your breathe and time, enjoy the your time and eat pop corns. |

I'm the same - career comes first then place of stay (home) comes 2nd.
Good career = good money = better purchasing power > where to stay. If someone offering you double / triple you current pay but relocate whole family to overseas, would you consider? QUOTE(gtfan @ Nov 5 2015, 12:30 PM) My take, choose a job not because you stay nearby but a job that will enhance your career and the money is good. Location comes second as long as within the state. This post has been edited by Soros007: Nov 5 2015, 12:36 PMI have never reject a job just because it is 50km away from home. A home should be where you feel blended in and a job, it is never a permanent location. Cyberjaya have a lot of potential and I believe it will become a great place once the connectivity infra is up. The reason is because it started with a clean sheet of paper. Not some congested area and narrow road. Let's see another 10 years from now. Our opinions may change. |

The RM11bil CCC wont be attractive without the HSR in Putrajaya Sentral!
See the link: - http://www.cyberjayacity.com/10-things-you...ity-centre-ccc/ HSR is still there - item 4. QUOTE(CK15 @ Nov 5 2015, 01:46 PM) |

Such a beautiful city in the made and it's only 25 mins away from KLCC - unbelievable!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUO7jvIk2e4...player_embedded QUOTE(RTFM69 @ Nov 5 2015, 01:25 PM) Why i want stay in place within 20km of KL and mature neighbourhood : 1. I want my house to have easy access to amenities with wide range of good options : Schools , hospitals , shops, restaurants, shopping malls , parks etc etc 2. I want to social with my families and my frds. Can anytime meet each others with ease and people dont afraid or lazy to come visit me because of distance. 3. I want to be near to the centre namely KL so when i climb thru the corporate ladder , I know the next better job is not far away from me. 4. I want my property to appreciate faster as population grows as properties nearer to centre of gravity alwiz appreciate faster based on history record. 5. I want the ease of travel to most part of klang valley because of different needs either by car or public transports . Not just one highway to KL city. I can think of more reasons but that will do for the moment. |

If they want to sell CCC well, connectivity is one of the key selling points.
I am pretty confident HSR will be there! Also, I agree Garden Residences subsale unit (semi-D at Rm1.2mil / 1.3mil ) still got plenty of headroom to go up. Own stay meanwhile enjoying capital appreciation. GR > IOI Resort city mall is only 7 mins drive, 5 mins to future skypark, 5 mins to CCC! The pricing and location can never be wrong. QUOTE(hasec @ Nov 5 2015, 02:24 PM) My source told me there will be on HSR stopover at the Putrajaya Sentral, just like how he told me MRT will be planned to connect to Putajaya Sentral in 2012. Quite reliable. This post has been edited by Soros007: Nov 5 2015, 02:38 PMThe map taken from the spad and other website that never mentioned HSR in putrajaya Sentral are old news |
