Sometimes when we lazy to cook, we just order DKZ to deliver the dishes home via Panda Express. Very easy n convenient!

QUOTE(williewill @ Oct 28 2015, 11:18 PM)
Speaking of Chinese economic style lunch/dinner that is below RM10, Da Kung Zhai (打工仔) may be the only choice in Cyberjaya, as far as I know.

If they are looking for more variety of dishes in an economic rice restaurant, students and employees in Cyberjaya often travel to Dengkil or Equine Park in SK to have their meal, which is usually 15 minutes drive from Cyberjaya.

If work in cyber / KLIA then why would u go elsewhere?

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Oct 29 2015, 01:00 PM)
I think nowadays valid one is only sibehfarjaya. Pork is plentiful, raw or cooked  tongue.gif .... Ghost town, 50-50 la...if weekdays it's busy and weekends it's not as quiet anymore. Cyberjaya's population is increasing steadily as more residential units VP.

That's the exit from MEX to seri kembangan (nearby sunway Eastwood / Alice smith international school area). With this access, ppl from SK can reduce min 10km travel distance prior to entering MEX.

I just noticed theres a TOLL being built before the new SK exit on MEX?? fark me if thats true.. vmad.gif

wow that's very good....cyber is more livable nowadays......
We need more commercials like this to make it residential friendly.
Live - Good Shape and more quality projects VP soon.
Work - Alr in place...just need to continue bringing in more MNCs.
Study - MMU, LKW, CUCMS, Segi college etc.... lack of SRJK C (pending on MCT).
Play - D Pulze (TGV cinemas, bowling, karaoke...), pubs, massage parlour? LOL

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Oct 31 2015, 03:08 PM)
Really? Their fruits supplied by MBG, vege, fish all looks fresh and good. Sometimes I shop there too coz the quality is better.

Where they will open in Cyberjaya? I doubt Centrus CBD3 coz the supermarket will only be built next phase. Existing mall looks like cater for smaller shops.

This million dollar question got to be answered by MCT.
We have asked so many times in MCT cyber south thread but so far none of the SA can give a satisfactory answer.

Btw, story of SRJK C Union video. It's quite interesting that they started up with chinese, tamil and kebangsaan school all in same compound.

A Chinese and also Smart school is really something. Anyone knows if they really have enough funds to complete as planned? Really looking forward to the school opening in Cyberjaya.

Dun think the SRJK C will be ready until MCT lakefront condo / landed VP.
VP for those units are 2017?

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Nov 2 2015, 12:59 PM)
I hope not. But it really depends on the school facilities and size (they plan to cater 3000 students). Since it's a smart school, I guess there will be much more costly than usual school.

By 2022 MRT also operational already in Cyberjaya. By 2024, I also know Cyberjaya will be peak la  tongue.gif

In fact by 2024, the whole stretch towards air port also full of development already - Serenia City, Kota Warisan, KLIO and Cyberjaya will be the 'City' those resident will visit coz PJ/ KL is a bit too far.

To me it's purely supply and demand theory.
Iskandar - yes close to SGP and they try to implement the same concept like HK + Shenzhen.
But, they forgot that how many ppl actually can afford / want to live in Iskandar during week days?
The supply in Iskandar is just too much overly supply.

For Cyberjaya - many ppl complaining far-far-far from KL but they forgot that not every ppl are working in KLCC area nowadays. Even they do, going to KLCC via MEX is quick (25mins).
Spillover effect is simple - Subang boomed because of airport, USJ boomed because of Subang + Sunway, Putra Height boomed because of USJ.
Puchong boomed because of Sunway. Cyberjaya will be the same - close to airport, spillover effect from Puchong. Not to forget also the already in-place world class infra + connectivity like 5 expressway. Reasonable pricing, excellent living environment, IOI resort city mall / D Pulze community mall, full supports from gov + master plan of CCC - taht's the way to go.

Note - CCC is one of the gov owned big land inside klang valley. They die die also want to develop in order to earn $$$ (u help me I help u)....so? sit back and relax, let the developers and gov do the jobs smile.gif They want to sell the proj, they will throw in more wow-factor to lure ppl.

QUOTE(kkk8787 @ Nov 3 2015, 05:54 PM)
Anyway cyberjaya seems to perform slightly better than iskandar

I am not saying Cyberjaya is the best place for properties investment however considering all the factors that discussed above + some holding power in hand one should not be that wrong la. The landed is more value for money and best to buy while still affordable.
I am hoping skypark and Tamarind Sq changing Cyberjaya into Mont Kiara type commercials activities.

Another important point is that Cyberjaya is just next to Putrajaya - the administrative capital.

There's many world class facilities available for the public... I really encourage people to explore Putrajaya's park (Putrajaya Botanical Garden, Wetlands Park and Agriculture Heritage Park, etc), Marina Putrajaya, Equestrian center, Putrajaya Challenge Park (wall-climbing, skateboarding, mountain bike tracks and dirt jump), skyrides festival park. There's many choice of outdoor activity such as water cruise, water sports, cycling, jogging, bird watching, horse riding or just plain jogging with magnificent view of the Putrajaya Lake.

And don't forget the many world class event happening there (hot air balloom, LAMPU, Formula E, Floria, Putrajaya fireworks, various water sports championships at the Putrajaya Water Sport Complex etc).

There's no where else in Malaysia you can find all those facilities concentrated in one area.

I really think Putrajaya is a very nice place, but there's some restriction such as no pork and majority malay population. Cyberjaya is next to it and it's international living and there's no such restrictions. Cyberjaya has world class infra, well planned, next to Putrajaya, nearby air port, well connected highways, ERL and future MRT... So for long term, I really think it can never go wrong.

Bro you are absolutely right.
Not many ppl aware that there is no other place has the garden, park, lakeside, landscape, facilities, world class infra + outdoor activities that can beat Putrajaya!
Cyber? oh it's just merely 10mins away only.
