[Budget] - RM2500, just for pc, i dont need other stuff

[Purpose] - Gaming, Multimedia Desktop PC

[Hardwares that will be re-use] - monitor, mouse, keyboard, speaker

[Monitor resolution] - 1080p, already have one

[Games & softwares that use frequently] - Dota 2 ; but im eager to try graphic intensive games and i dont have much budget to built high end pc, browsing, watching movies etc

[Personal preferences] - i3 4130 / amd fx6300/6350, amd r9 270x or gtx760(i saw leadtek version which cost just rm799 )

[Location] - Perlis, so i plan to buy it just online

im thinking upgrading my gpu to r9 290, worth money? and can my psu handle it?
