[Hardwares that will be re-use] Dell 24" LED monitor, wireless keyboard n mouse

[Personal preferences] 1) i5 proc or any AMD equivalent ,
2) m-atx mainboard
3) SSD if budjet allow ,
4) no need GC i think ( not playing game ),
5) 8GB ram
