hey guys, after doing some research myself I've come up with this combination for my new rig. But I need some help trying to keep the budget close to RM2.5k-3k if it is possible that is.

BTW, I've already bought an i7 4770k, so the budget does not need to include processor. And the budget allocated is solely for the rig, monitor, speakers etc not need to be included.

PLUS, rig's main use would be for architectural design work such as Autocad, photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, 3dsmax, and gaming.

So can you guys gimme some suggestion on my current combo, please?

GPU: 770GTX or R9 280X @rm1199
Ram: Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz @RM239
Harddisk: WD Caviar Blue 1TB @RM189 + Plextor M5S 128GB @RM299
Cooler: (hope to be able to fit in a cheap water cooling unit for the proc) or else, just a CM Hyper 212x will be enough i guess.
PSU: (not sure)
Casing: (not sure)

I guess I have to forego the SSD and the H55 cooler and get Hyper 212 Evo since it is cheaper and perform on par or better than the H55.

Now after checking out the casings around Digital Mall PJ just now, I was suggested by the salesman to get the Silverstone KL04 at RM299 cause I wanted casings with a lot of dust filters.

So out of the 3 casings, CM Storm Scout 2, Corsair Carbide 300R and Silverstone KL04, which is better?

Plus, is Leadtek GTX770 2GB any good, like in terms of its cooler, noise etc?

Any reasons why CM storm scout 2? The shops didn't had a display unit so I couldn't really checked it out yesterday.

Leadtek gtx770 is RM1200. Read in adobe forums that adobe programs and 3D rendering programs favored nvidia cards more than AMD. Hence why.
